President and CEO Jim Jacobs oversees all of Jacobs Executive Advisors's activities.
A tenured recruiter and a nationally recognized consultant, he is a frequent
writer on staffing, leadership, and human talent issues. Jim has been a multiple
time winner of MRI's
Top Ten Producing Manager of the Year Award and was nominated for MRI's Person
of the Year. Jim has been an advisor to a minority-focused trade association
serving the insurance industry. For seven years he also served on a national
steering committee devoted to organizational excellence. Currently Jim serves
on the Board of Directors of the MRINetwork Franchise Association.
Jim is a student of leadership practices, business process, and business teams.
He holds an MBA in finance from Hofstra University. Jim's early business career
was successfully launched in corporate banking, where he provided consulting
services to Fortune 100 companies.
